Mindfulness for Mental Well-being

Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based training that that encourages individuals to change the manner in which they contemplate their experiences – particularly distressing experiences – and is prescribed as a treatment for individuals with psychological well-being issues.

Mindfulness exercises are methods for focusing on the present minute, utilizing strategies like contemplation, breathing, and yoga. Training helps individuals to become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, they’re better ready to oversee them. Practising mindfulness can give more knowledge into feelings, support consideration and fixation, and enhance connections.
